I was THRILLED when I saw this on my challenge list because I love the song so much but I was a little stumped on how I could turn it into a layout. I decided to go with the word "wait" and turned it into waiting for the New Year. This year my husband and I spent New Years Eve with family and got some long overdue family pictures that night.
I've had small scraps of this Authentique "Journey" line for over a year now and was so happy to use some of it. I also used some of the blue metallic paper from CutCardStock.
The sketch for this layout came from a fun sketch blog called Sketches in Thyme. Check them out for this month's sketch challenge and head over to Scrap it With a Song for some fun song challenges!

Hi, Becky, thanks for stopping by my blog to say hi! I love this song too!!! I wish I had more time to get in on the challenge for this one, but looks like I won't. Well, love your layout - the blues and kraft look fabulous! Hugs, Roxy.
